When Darkness Falls...

"Oh uh, y-yes... Thank you." Kataki said, nodding once. Impmon didn't move, he only continued to lay helpless in his tamer's arms.
The girl nodded again at Gabriel's words, then followed after him and Lopmon. Don't worry, Impmon, you'll be alright...

They continued running until they reached the docks.
From there he began to stalk around the corners and slowly sneak through passage ways all the time making sure Kataki was right behind him with Impmon in her arms.
Finally they came to an old rusted out door. Above it read 'Dock 18'. He opened the door and quickly ushered them in.
Once inside the large boat dock you came upon pillows, haystacks, & blankets scattered everywhere making it comfortable. He then shut the door quickly behind them.
He held up his digivice and released TriceramonX. The large dino digimon then proceed to a corner where it looked like there was a make-shift bed and curled up licking a wound on its leg.
"Welcome to Dock 18, our home away from home.",Gabriel said looking around the place.
"But mostly this is Triceramon's home out of the digivice because he can't fit in Gabriel's apartment.",Lopmon laughed.

Hiroshi stood in a darkened area across from the building in which the other tamers entered.

"Will they be safe there?" Tapirmon asked.

"They should be," Hiroshi said. "Although I do see unprotected points of entry all over the place."

"Well, yeah," Tapirmon said, "if you count little pinholes that no one else but you would notice..."

"What does that mean?"

"I'm just saying that they'll be protected. We don't need to stay here."

"Yes, we do," Hiroshi told him. "I just know something bad will happen. I'm going to stay in this world until I can figure out a way to help. If you want to go back, feel free to. I can't stop you."

Tapirmon responded by voluntarily going into the digivice. "I'll never leave you, Hiroshi."

The human simply smiled as he stared into the darkness at Dock 18.

Kataki chuckled softly at Lopmon's remark, then walked over to a pile of blankets and set Impmon down upon them gently. She wrapped a few blankets around him, then turned to Gabriel.
"So, how long have you had your digimon?" Kataki asked, smiling.

[Gabriel Lux]

"Since I was 13. I'm 16 now.",He said walking over to TriceramonX and wrapping a blanket around his wounded leg so that he'd stop licking it.
"You big baby.",Lopmon said to TriceramonX as he still tried to lick his wound.
"Lopmon be nice.",Gabriel said waving her off.
"Triceramon was first to hatch, it took Lopmon a little longer.",He said rubbing TriceramonX on his head.

"She's right," Hiroshi said.

"Who?" Tapirmon wondered.

"The bunny," Hiroshi muttered.

"I couldn't hear what she said...What did she say?"

"She called the dinosaur a baby."

"And how is she right?"

Hiroshi just gave him a stern look. "Ugh, forget it."

"Hiroshi!" Patamon screamed from the digivice.

"What?" he responded. Patamon and Gaomon both realised from the digivice.

"Look!" Patamon exclaimed as he pointed towards the large body of water. Hiroshi saw what Patamon was indicating, and it was heading straight for the building that housed the other tamers.

Kataki was about to respond, but she stopped. She turned her head towards a nearby window. "Did you hear something?" She asked Gabriel and his digimon.
Impmon began to stir, pointed torn ears twitching now and then.
"K-kataki..." He said, opening his eyes a little bit.

His tamer was now at his side. "Impmon, are you alright?!" Kataki asked, holding her digivice in one hand. It was reacting, a wild Digimon close by...

Gabriel noticed Kataki's digivice was going off.
"Digivice IC scan.",Gabriel said to his digivice as it scanned there area.
"Confirmed. Digimon in area.",Gabriel's digivice said aloud.

Lopmon was already up and out on the top of the dock.
"Hey Gabie, theres something in the water.",Lopmon yelled back down inside.
"Yeah, I sense it too.",TriceramonX said perked up in his bed of soft things.

"Hiroshi," Tapirmon whispered in a frantic voice, his voice almost breaking.

"I know," Hiroshi said.

Patamon started to fly towards the building.

"Patamon!" Hiroshi hissed, but he was ignored. He jumped down from the rooftop and glided down to the building. Patamon started to use Boom Bubble on the door, his form of knocking.

"Pfft, amateur," Tapirmon scoffed as he just fazed through the door. The tamers were shocked when they saw the ghost Digimon enter the room. Hiroshi, Patamon, and Gaomon waited on the outside. "Quick!" Tapirmon exclaimed. "You all need to get out! Leviamon is approaching!"

"Lopmon, time to move. Glide down and join the others outside.",Gabriel yelled as he turned to TriceramonX.
TriceramonX was now on his feet the blanket-bandage torn off his leg.

"Triceramon and me will cover the rear. Kataki get Impmon far from here and quick.",He said standing quickly pushing one of the large dock doors facing the water open. TriceramonX pushed the other door open revealing a large look out onto the waters.
"Hurry!",TriceramonX yelled to the others.
"Lopmon Digivolve!",Gabriel yelled as the small bunny turned to the brown furred beast Wendigmon,"Cover Kataki and Impmon."

"Triceramon, are you ready to digivolve into mega?",He asked holding his IC to his palm.
TriceramonX nodded and with that Gabriel swiped his own hand with the device, as it removed golden data followed flowing to the Digivice IC from his hand.
Triceramon digivolved to Cannondramon a large dragon with a cannon strapped to it back.

"Let me evolve, Hiroshi," Tapirmon volunteered.

"Only to champion," Hiroshi said. "We don't need another Demon Lord in this battle."

Hiroshi held out his hand and his DigiSoul appeared, but this time it showed two colours - black and blue. "DigiSouls, Charge!" Hiroshi exclaimed.

"Tapirmon/Gaomon!" the two announced. "Shinka!" They evolved to their champion forms. "Sorcerymon/Gaogamon!"

"Let's do this, Patamon," Hiroshi said. His DigiSoul turned green. "DigiSoul, Charge - Overdrive!"

"Patamon, Shinka!" the mammal screamed. He took his form as a tall angel with many wings. "Seraphimon!"

Hiroshi scanned his palm over the digivice. "DigiSoul - X - Burst!" he screamed, taking a pause in between each word.

Seraphimon shone green and as the light died, a new angelic Digimon appeared. "ClavisAngemon!" the new Digimon exclaimed.



{ClavisAngemon has the X-Antibody. Hiroshi has to announce the 'X' to activate the proper soul; my other character, Haruka, has to do the same for one of her Digimon, too.}

"R-right!" Kataki stammered. She lifted her digimon into her arms, and rushed outside. But she didn't stop, the girl kept running-- away from the docks (and from Leviamon). She didn't even want to look back, she was certain Gabriel and the others could take care of it.
Impmon's head was close to Kataki's shoulder, and he watched the scene from behind. He was still weak, and he didn't say anything.

"Crystal Cloud!" Sorcerymon attacked. He shot out multiple crystals from his scepter that barraged Leviamon, who only had his long head above the surface of the water.

"Spiral Blow!" Gaogamon growled as he used his mouth to form a tornado that dove towards the water.

ClavisAngemon bellowed, "The Key!" in his heavy voice. He flew over Leviamon and shoved the large key that he held onto the demon's back.

Leviamon let out a roar that shook the waters. He completely revealed his body and stood proudly on top of the water.



"Anima!" the aquatic Digimon yelled. He let out a breath that acted as fog, concealing the area from view...not only from innocents, but from the tamers themselves.

"Hiroshi!" ClavisAngemon addressed. "I can't see!"

"Spiral Blow!" Gaogamon used again. The wind blew the fog away revealing Leviamon with ClavisAngemon's key lodged in his teeth. He slung his head around, causing the angel to be thrown around with it.

Wendigomon suddenly turned back and headed to Gabriel.
"I'm staying, you two can only attack from land.",Lopmon said.
Gabriel couldn't object because he knew it was true.
"Ok digivolve into Antylamon then and try to use your vest to degenerate him!",Gabriel ordered as the monster went into a bunny again but taller with fine cloths.
With a soft angelic nod, Antylamon took off to go help ClavisAngemon in the fight.

Hiroshi looked around and saw that the Impmon's tamer was nowhere to be found. "Gaogamon!" he yelled. "Find that girl and make sure she's safe!"

"Hai," Gaogamon responded and dashed off in search of her.

"Crystal Cloud!" Sorcerymon called again as he shot crystals from his wand at the enemy.

Leviamon received the attack but remained unhurt. He shoved ClavisAngemon to the dock so hard it forced him to degenerate to Patamon, who then automatically returned to Hiroshi's digivice.

"No!" Hiroshi screamed. He turned to Sorcerymon. "Now you're going to evolve."

"Yes, Master."

"DigiSoul - Burst!" Hiroshi said as he swiped his hand over the Digivice iC. Sorcerymon first changed into Phantomon and then rapidly changed from that to a shadow of a large, demonic humanshaped Digimon. He then converted from that state into his burst form as he announced, "SlashAngemon!"

The newly evolved angel flew to the water where he saw Antylamon fighting the monster.
