I'm having this debate on another forum I'm a member of. My standpoint - it's a helmet, duh! His standpoint - It's a hat!

I say it's a hat because in the movie during the first fight against Diaboromon, it was said that young Taichi threw up in Sora's hat[/u][/i]. Lol.

It's definitely a helmet, which technically is a type of hat I guess...

(See Adventure episode 11) My argument. And this, the unedited version of the sewer scene in Togemon In Toy Town:

Its a Sled/Tabogen AKA a hat. No doubt about that. I agree with Descendant21s comment from the movie. I remember that part and thats why I voted hat. Don't make fun of Sora, she was one of my favorite characters!

I did, because it's hard as a helmet, but everyone calls it a hat. And it can be played as a drum for Buddhist chants.

I did, because it's hard as a helmet, but everyone calls it a hat. That's just bad dubbing. Jeff Nimoy isn't known for his wide experience in the field of helmetology.

It's an accessory that happens to be seen on her head. A helmet is always a hat, but a hat is almost never a helmet...thus, I go for helmet...
