Below are two sites that have subs of Digimon Savers.

TheHylia hosts the episodes on their own server. However, you can only download three episodes every 24 hours.

Digimon Spirit hosts the episodes through MegaUpload, so you can get them all there. Of course, you have to wait 45 seconds between each download and can only receive one at a time.
But for Savers, time limits do not matter!! LoL.
