The North Region

[Gabriel Lux]

The new North Region of the Digital World is ruled by Gabriel Lux along side with his partners; Lopmon and Guilmon.

Unlike the rest of the regions Gabriel's only goal is to rebuild the North region to its once glory before the inccident. He will do anything to achieve his goal and that is why he has enslaved all the digimon in that region; to rebuild it.

He has it stuck in his mind that if the old digital world returns then his older brother who disappeared with that world will too.
Once his goal for the north is reached he plans on extending his reach to the other regions.


The land of the North is old and lush with many forest. It stands tall in its own way and is constantly being reprogramed by special digimon created by the leader alongside the enslaved digimon. The enslaved digimon are being controlled by the created digimon that constantly follow them and that have reprogramed them.

Deep in the North Region, an Impmon and his partner were sitting under a large tree in a lush forest of the Digital World, having a bit of a rest. Kataki and Impmon had just gotten into the Digital World an hour ago, and they were tired already.
Impmon's ears twitched, hearing a rumbling noise in the distance. He opened his eyes and looked down the long path that the tree was beside. The rumbles got louder. The little digimon nudged Kataki's shoulder, trying to wake her up. "Yo, Kataki-san! Up and at 'em!"
Kataki fluttered her eyes open and looked at her digimon in surprise. "Huh? What is it, Impmon?" She asked, then she saw something running down the path towards them.
"Hey, what's that?"
The two of them got to their feet, as the large shape got closer.
A crowd of digimon, mostly In-Training, were rushing down the path, screaming in fear. Kataki and Impmon jumped back so that they wouldn't get tripped.
"Hey! Wh-what's going on here?" Kataki called out to the digimon as they ran past them. A Koromon, who was at the back of the group, turned to Kataki and Impmon and began hopping up and down frantically, his long pink ears swishing about. "I-it's horrible! There's an evil human being who has taken over the North Region, and has captured innocent Digimon and is using them as slaves!"
Kataki and Impmon gasped in surprise. "What?!" They said at the same time. The two of them looked at each other, determination in their eyes. "C'mon, Impmon! I don't know who this guy is, but he's not gonna get away with this!"
"Mhm, got it! Lets kick this guy's a**!"

"Impmon, not infront of the kids..."

Noro, Gabumon, and Agumon were walking down a path in the middle of the woods of the North Region. They were all quiet, with Noro leading the way. Noro had not told his friends where he was headed to.

Agumon was anxious and hyperactive. "Hey, Noro, when do I get to fight? You still haven't said where we're going."

Noro looked back at Agumon and smiled. "I've heard of someone causing problems in this area and I figured we should at least check it out. Besides, we don't have anything better to do."

Agumon raised his claws high into the air. "Yeah, sounds like some action!"

Gabumon frowned slightly. "Agumon, don't you ever just want to see new places? It doesn't just have to be about fighting, you know."

Noro nodded. "That's right. I'm just here to do some investigating, I don't want to fight unless it's absolutely necessary, okay?"

Agumon crossed his arms. "Fine. Boy, you're no fun."

Noro and Gabumon just laughed in response.

The laughter stopped soon after, cut short by a cry for help.

"Do you hear that?" asked Gabumon. "It sounds like someone is in trouble, we should hurry and help them!"

Noro and Agumon replied in unison, "Right."

And so the trio started to run in the direction of the distress.

At about the same time, the group of frantic In-Training digimon were running-- er, hopping down the path, with Kataki and Impmon hot on their trail.
"Heeey! Wait!" Kataki called out to them as Impmon was trying to keep up with her. "Sheesh! Are they really that fast?!" He snapped, gritting his teeth and he shut his eyes as he pumped his arms and legs as fast as he could.

[Gabriel Lux]

A small BlackAgumon walked into the grass hut sitting in the middle of a open field. Inside it went deep and became a Labyrinth. This was the palace of Gabriel Lux the Leader of the North.

The small BlackAgumon made his way down passing clearances along the way. He finally made it to the throne room in the very middle of it all. He went inside and there in the middle of the room sat Gabriel in the throne with Lopmon sitting on the arm rest. In the left corner sat curled up a very large Triceramon-X.

"Report.",Gabriel sayed. His voice echoing through the whole room.

"Yes sire. Sir there have been reports of two tamers in the area. They are in the way of 'the hunt'. They seem to be helping the other digimon get away. What should we do.",BlackAgumon asked.

"Hmmmm. Send more *Sporemons and see what happens from there.",Gabriel said.

"Yes sire. Right away.",The BlackAgumon said backing away bowing and then hurrying down the hall to the cloning and holding rooms. Down there was where the Sporemon where held and cloned.

BlackAgumon sent the order to some other operating Sporemon and there slave groups. The groups instantly began making around 10 Sporemon and sent them up to dispatch. Then the BlackAgumon made his way back up to the land and met up with the group of Sporemon there. He then lined them up and marched them off to attack the last known location of the runaway digimon and the Tamers.

**Sporemon: Champion Level Digimon.
Virus Type.
Special attack is Spore Swarm= It attacks the enemy with a lighting fast tenticle that infects the victim with the spores that are used to control them. (This only works on digimon level Champion and below.)
Description: Looks like a metal Piximon but much larger and has tenticles coming out of it back around it wings. Definatly less cute as well.

(ooc: sorry, I'm not sure exactly how it worked so I kind of just went with it. I probably shouldn't have ultimates this early but I figured when you said "only works on champion or below" that's what I needed to do.)

Noro and co. stopped running when they saw what had been yelling. Two Floramon were being cornered by two strange Digimon that Noro, despite his extensive knowledge of Digimon, was unable to identify.

Noro held up his Digivice. "Ah, crap, it's not picking up anything," Noro muttered.

"I don't care what they are, they're not getting away with this!" yelled Agumon as he ran towards the enemy.

Gabumon followed him and said, "You know what to do."

Noro punched in the command and his digivice to digivolve agumon and gabumon to their next levels.

"Agumon digivolve to...Greymon!" said the giant dinosaur with a brown head.

"Gabumon digivolve to...Garurumon!" said the blue mithril coated wolf.

Greymon went for one of the Sporemon and Garurumon went for the other. In an instant, the enemies attacked. "Spore Swarm," they said as their tentacles struck Greymon and Garurumon. They fell down to the ground in pain. After, they got back up and started acting strangely.

They turned away from the Sporemon and were looking at the Floramon with sinister looks on their faces. The Sporemon just laughed maniacally.

Noro realized what was happening and panicked a little. "Garurumon! Greymon! Don't attack them!"

His Digimon payed no attention to Noro, however, and continued with their attacks. "Nova Blast!" A big ball of fire was shot at the Floramon. However, they were able to evade it.

Noro was shaking a little. He often did when he was nervous. Okay, I have to think fast here, Noro thought. Ah, yes, here it is. The AntiBrainD. Noro slipped the small cartridge into his digivice and his digimon no longer suffered from the ailment.

"Okay, guys, get them!" Noro yelled.

Garurumon and Greymon turned to face the Sporemon, who now looked worried.

"Nova Blast!"

"Howling Blaster!"

The Sporemon were hit by the attacks, however they were not yet defeated.

"These Digimon are tough," said Noro. "I've never seen them before, either. I can't risk that happening again, though. I need to Digivolve again."

Noro punched in the command once more. "Greymon digivolve to...MetalGreymon!"

The dinosaur grew much bigger and grew wings, as well as being augmented by metal parts.

"Giga Blaster!" said MetalGreymon as he shot two missiles at the Sporemon, converting them to data.

After the enemy had been vanquished, Noro's Digimon degenerated to their rookie forms.

"Yeah, that's what I'm talking about, I sure showed them!" Agumon said as he flexed his muscles.

"Show off," said Gabumon quietly.

"We'd better get moving. More of them might show up," Noro said as they continued their search for the source of tyranny of the North Region.

"Kataki!"
Impmon stopped running, and he looked behind him, seeing 3-5 Sporemon charging towards them.
Kataki turned around and saw the strange digimon as well. "What kind of digimon are they?" She asked, looking at her digimon for an answer.
"I have no idea, kid. But lets get 'em!" Impmon said, smirking. He lit a small flame on the tip of a finger. "Badda-Boom!" Impmon fired his attack at one of the Sporemon. The tiny flame only manage to singe a small part of it.
"What the--!" Impmon's eyes widened in surprise.
"They're too powerful, Impmon. You better digivolve!" Kataki replied, smiling and she pulled out a blue modify card.
"Got it!"
"Ok! Digi-Modify! Matrix Digivolution activate!" Kataki cried, swipping the card through her D-Arc.
"Impmon Warp-Digivolve to.... Beelzemon!"
The Demon Lord aimed the large gun that was attached to his arm at the Sporemon. "Corona Blaster!!" Beelzemon yelled, firing the powerful beam of energy at them. The Sporemon were quickly deleted as the attack surrounded them in a powerful energy blast.
"Excellent job, Beelzemon!" Kataki cheered. Beelzemon smirked, and degenerated back into his rookie form. "What the heck were those things anyway?" Impmon asked, as the two of them began walking down the path.
"I dunno, Impy..." Kataki replied, crossing her arms.

"...But I have a bad feeling about this." Her voice carried out not far away to the pointed ears of a small digimon hiding behind a tree.
"Hmhmhm... well well well, just as life in the Digital World couldn't get any better, a human arrives..." Black Impmon said to himself, smirking a fanged grin.

I think Blossomon is a suitable ultimate for these guys, don't you?

Noro and co. kept walking until the came to a clearing, with a small hut in the distance.

Gabumon pointed and said, "Look, over there! We should see what that is."

They continued towards the hut but they stopped again when they heard something.

"Watch out! More of those strange Digimon!" said Agumon.

Noro didn't waste any time in readying his digivice. "There's three of them. I'm not making the same mistake as last time. Go, Gabumon!" he said as he punched in the command on his digivice.

"Gabumon warp digivolve to...WereGarurumon!"

The three Sporemon huddled together, then a strange light followed.

(in unison) "Sporemon digivolve to...Blossomon!"

The three digimon were now one nasty looking plant with several...appendages. (heh, it's a plantimal.)

Noro was appalled by the digivolution. "Be careful, WereGarurumon, it's an ultimate level."

WereGarurumon simply nodded and rushed in to attack. "Wolf Claw!" he said as he slashed the enemy.

"Spiral Flower!" the Blossomon said, countering with sharp petal projectiles.

WereGarurumon was hit, and suffered a painful blow.

Agumon tapped Noro on the shoulder. "Noro, let me help him!"

Noro shook his head. "I'm sorry, but you need to conserve your strength so you can digivolve later. He will be fine."

WereGarurumon ran circles around the Blossomon, confusing it. Frustrated by his movements, Blossomon grasped WereGarurumon in it's vines.

Struggling, WereGarurumon couldn't break free. Agumon ran into the battle to help. "Okay, I guess it's time then," said Noro, pushing the button on the digivice.

"Agumon warp digivolve to...MetalGreymon!"

Using it's superior size, MetalGreymon strikes Blossomon, forcing it to drop WereGarurumon. Blossomon tries to retaliate, but it is too slow, as WereGarurumon takes advantage of the situation as places a critical blow with his Wolf Claw attack, converting it into data.

The ultimates retaining their forms, Noro beckoned them to follow him. "I have a feeling we're going to encounter more up ahead, so stay in ultimate for a while. MetalGreymon, since you're too big to fit into the hut you'll have to stay in the digivice for now."

With a irritated grunt MetalGreymon was stored, while WereGarurumon continued into the hut, unaware of what awaited them inside.

[Gabriel Lux]

A silent alarm was tripped and it could be only heard down in the throne room.
Just in unison BlackAgumon barged into the room.
"My lord. I'm sorry. I have failed you. All the Sporemon were deleted even the Blossomon.",BlackAgumon cried on his knees before Gabriel.

"What!?! And then you led them here.",Gabriel yelled in frustration.

"Sir. I think you could use the new experimentals and give this one another chance.",Triceramon X said from outside his corner.

"Yeah! Besides Gabie, whats the worst that could happen with the experimentals? They explode and degenerate every digimon around them to digieggs? As long as none of its important.",Lopmon said smiling over Gabriels shoulder with her words.

"Your both right. BlackAgumon stand and get ready to digivolve and led the new Megas into battle against our little intruders.",Gabriel said standing from his throne and holding out his digivice.

BlackAgumon stood as he was told and a light shone from both Gabriel's digivice and BlackAgumon's eyes. BlackAgumon warps digivolved into SkullGreymon Ultimate level. He then tried to stand tall to salute his highness but was to tall for the room.

"Use the express elevator from the generator room and pick up the Tamer and his partners on the way up. This fight needs to be outside.",Gabriel said pointing towards the door.

SkullGreymon turned quickly to the breeding room and met with a waiting army of 10 Mega level digimon; MegaInfecmon. Their defense wasn't much stronger then their Ultimate levels' but there offense greatly made up with that. They also still had the ability to control Champion level digimon and below.

SkullGreymon and the army of 10 MegaInfecmon then proceeded to the generator room and took the elevator up. This elevator was built for going through floors like a ghost but only picking up living things on the way. Since the intruders were only in the hut they were already outside. The elevator pushed the army and its leader all the way through to the surface and when they hit, due to the size of the digimon they destroyed the hut and stood tall over Noro and WereGarurumon.

SkullGreymon instantly went in for the strike grabbing the wolf and tackeling it off to the side. He picked it up and then threw it to the ground as well.

Noro was shocked by the skullgreymon's attack. He was petrified for a moment, unable to take any action but stare at what was happening.

"No! WereGarurumon!" Noro yelled to the werewolf. As much as WereGarurumon wanted to continue to fight, he was too badly wounded by skullgreymon's attack.

Okay, he's going to need help, Noro thought. Noro released MetalGreymon out of the digivice to face his virus counterpart.

MetalGreymon let out a primal roar of rage. He charged into the skullgreymon, grappling it. He didn't make much progress however, as they were for the most part equally matched.

To turn the tide of battle, Noro inserted a disc to restore WereGarurumon. Within seconds WereGarurumon was getting up, ready to fight again. While MetalGreymon held the SkullGreymon, WereGarurumon moved in swiftly for a stealth attack from behind.

"Wolf Claw!" he said as he slashed SkullGreymon. Taking a critical blow, the SkullGreymon backed off of MetalGreymon.

MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon stood side by side, ready for the oncoming battle.

Noro called out to his partners, "These guys are Megas, so we'll have to give them all we got!"

MetalGreymon and WereGarurumon nodded, knowing what was to come. Noro used his digivice.

"MetalGreymon digivolve to...WarGreymon!" said the dragon clad in chrome digizoid armor.

"WereGarurumon digivolve to...MetalGarurumon!" said the bionic wolf loaded with missles.

At that moment the 10 megas all surrounded the two digimon from all sides.

Noro was a little worried. "We're slightly outnumbered," he murmered. "Attack, guys!" he yelled.

WarGreymon and WereGarurumon readied their attacks, but they were interrupted by the MegaInfecmon before they could take action.

"d**n it, there's just too many of them. Both of you, retreat!" Noro commanded.

WarGreymon and MetalGarurumonmon flew up high away from the group of enemy digimon.

"What are we gonna do?" WarGreymon asked MetalGarurumon.

MetalGarurumon looked down at the group of digimon, scanning them. "They have us far outnumbered, unfortunately. We'll have to use our superior tactics to win this one," he said in confidence.

WarGreymon was looking intense. "Right, let's go!" he said as he flew down towards the MegaInfecmon, all staring back up at him.

MetalGreymon started to follow but stopped. "WarGreymon, wait! We need to think first!" he called out, but in vain.

WarGreymon stopped not far above the ground and held his Dramon Destroyers up high. "Terra..." he said as he summon a great mass of fire above his head, "Force!"

The ball of heat was sent directly towards the group, creating a large explosion. After the dust cleared, he saw that only a few were destroyed in the blast. "Spore Swarm!" the remaining seven said as they all hit WarGreymon with their attacks.

MetalGarurumon watched from above in anticipation. "No...I want to help him but if I attack them I'll hurt him, too," the bionic wolf said sadly. "But I can't abandon him now, when he needs me most!" he continued as he flew the fastest he could to the ground below, where WarGreymon lay unable to move.

Meanwhile, Noro was worried about what was happening. He looked at his digivice and saw something strange happening. He couldn't get any of the butttons to work.

"WarGreymon..."
"MetalGarurumon..."
"[in unison]digivolve to...Omnimon!"

A radiant light pushed back all of the MegaInfecmon. In the center of them was a tall white figure, wearing a cape, with MetalGarurumon for his right arm and WarGreymon for his left.

"Whoa..." Noro said. He was in awe of this new combined form.

Out of Omnimon's left hand came a giant sword with a broad blade etched with symbols. "This continues no longer," Omnimon said triumphantly. "Transcendent Sword!" he said as he slashed his blade, destroying the three MegaInfecmon in front of him. The remaining MegaInfecmon moved in to attack, but he jumped high into the air to evade. "Supreme Cannon!" Omnimon exclaimed as a blue beam shot down on the remaining enemies.

Omnimon landed softly back on the ground, where there were no remaining Digimon. Only the SkullGreymon looked on from a distance. Omnimon stood still, waiting for SkullGreymon to make the first move.

"Look! Over there!" Kataki said, pointing to a strange smashed hut in the distance. "Should we go to it?" Impmon asked. Kataki hesitated, then nodded after a minute of thinking. Besides, what could possibly go wrong?
The two made their way to the hut, running all the way. When The friends gasped when they saw what was happening. A SkullGreymon was fighting an Omnimon! The powerful digimon seemed to belong to a partner, because Kataki saw a boy standing close to it, a digivice in his hand.
"Sh-should we... should we try and help?" Kataki murmured, turning her head to look down at Impmon, who had his fists clenched, gritting his teeth and growling.
